Menu Options for Your Portfolio Site
(Based on the settings inside PHOTOFOLIO ADMIN > DESKTOP LAYOUT > MENU)
Your site’s menu is one of the first things visitors interact with — and we give you the flexibility to make it look and behave exactly how you want. Whether you’re aiming for something minimal and modern or bold and directional, here’s a breakdown of the menu settings available to you in the admin.
Where to Find These Settings
Go to:
PHOTOFOLIO ADMIN > DESKTOP LAYOUT > MENU
This panel lets you control how the menu appears, behaves on scroll, aligns on screen, and adapts to different device sizes.
Menu Types Available
1. Overlay Menu
This is a hidden menu that covers the site when opened. You can:
• Use a hamburger icon (☰) or text toggle like “MENU” that switches to “CLOSE” or an X.
• The overlay appears when clicked and disappears when clicked again.
• Great for full-screen or immersive visual styles.

2. Responsive Menu Options
Choose from:
• Top Menu – Displays menu links across the top of your site.
• Left / Right Menu – Aligns your links to the left or right of the layout.
• Bottom Menu – Sits at the base of the screen (often used in scroll-heavy or horizontal sites).
These menu types show your navigation on the page until the screen size hits a user-defined breakpoint (see next section).

Mobile Breakpoint Setting
Set the Responsive Breakpoint (in pixels) where your menu switches into overlay mode. For example:
• 800px – for standard tablet/mobile view you can set this under WEBSITE CONTAINER > SCR
Once this breakpoint is hit, your menu collapses into the overlay style automatically.
Fixed Menu Position
If enabled, this keeps your menu pinned to the screen as the user scrolls.
Turn “Fixed Menu Position” ON to make the menu sticky.
Turn it OFF if you want the menu to scroll away with the rest of the content.
This is great for keeping your navigation always accessible, especially in top menu layouts.

Scroll Reveal Option (Advanced)
There’s also an option to wait to reveal the menu on scroll. This means:
• The menu starts hidden
• It only appears after the visitor scrolls down the page
Perfect for dramatic or image-first layouts where you want nothing blocking the visual impact on load.

Summary of Settings You Control
Under PHOTOFOLIO ADMIN > DESKTOP LAYOUT > MENU, you can adjust:
Menu Type: Overlay vs. Top / Left / Right / Bottom
Overlay Style: Icon (☰) or Text (“MENU” / “CLOSE”)
Fixed Menu Position: Keep the menu visible on scroll
Responsive Breakpoint: under PHOTOFOLIO ADMIN > DESKTOP LAYOUT > WEBSITE CONTAINER > SCREEN WIDTH BREAKPOINT
Scroll Reveal: Optional — wait to show menu until scroll begins you enable this under PHOTOFOLIO ADMIN > DESKTOP LAYOUT > MENU > REVEAL MENU ON SCROLL then you can choose the % 10 the screen than needs to be scrolled before it appears underneath.
